Our Organization: We are a homecare company for seniors and disabled people in California, Texas, and Arizona. We hire caregivers who will go to the homes of these people and take care of them by helping them live their daily lives. This means they drive them to the store/appointments, help them cook, clean, dress, and other basic life activities.
These ads will serve to recruit caregivers to want to apply to our company. We are looking to recruit men and women with the approximate ages of 18 - 45. This company is not a healthcare company, so it will not be medical care, but more like a helper to come by and take care of non-medical needs. A friend. A would-be son or daughter. A cousin or relative. That sort of warmth would be what we're looking for.

We would like three different ads targeting the following audiences:
1. An ad featuring a senior person with a male caregiver (aged 25 - 45)
2. An ad featuring a senior person with a young female caregiver (aged 18 - 25)
3. Ad ad featuring a senior person with a female caregiver (aged 30 - 45).
We do not have any stock photos, but we would like to remind designers that our brand colors are blue and gray. Orange will also be an acceptable color.
These ads are not going online - they are going to be boosted ads on FaceBook. If you have ever posted something on FaceBook, you will know what that is supposed to look like. 2000 x 1300 sort of thing (you can scale down proportionately).
There will be no text for this ad - we're looking for stock photos with some design elements over the image. We'll be adding the text later in the FaceBook comment. We just want an image with some design elements in it. That is all.
