As you know it -book cover-
"The Starship Descry has been defined as humanities crown jewel. It shimmers and gleams in the backdrop of deep space. The distant nebulas and galaxies seem dwarfed by its massive size and light omitted by the massive thrusters shine as bright as a small star in the sky. The starship has two main structures on either end, connected by a tunnel. Like a gigantic spine, the travel tunnel is surrounded by two massive, rotating, gravity generating shafts. The starship coils through space like a twisting corkscrew, leaving a trail of neon blue behind, emitted by four ion boosters at its rear."
