Based in historic Pennsylvania, Aleister & Smith was founded on a simple vision. Create unconventional and disruptive biker jewelry in the United States while using the highest quality materials and craftsmanship available.
Aleister & Smith is rooted in upheaval and rebellion. We are a brand for the adversaries, the individuals, and the thrill-seekers. We are not a brand for the complacent or the ordinary. Aleister & Smith was founded as we felt the biker jewelry industry had become stagnate with the same recycled designs. It seemed to us the vast majority of stores were pedaling the same low-quality items bought from other websites, rebranded as "premium" and "handcrafted," and pushed onto buyers believing they were receiving unique high-quality products. In short, we believed the industry had become engaged in a race to the bottom of quality, design, and service. We became inspired by the lack of authenticity and creativity in the industry and founded what would become Aleister & Smith.
Today, we strive to disrupt the industry by refusing to recycle designs, use low-quality materials, engage in poor craftsmanship, and mislead customers. This vision of disruption translates into what defines Aleister & Smith. Aleister & Smith can be broken down into four core values; unconventional designs, top-quality materials, top-tier manufacturing based in the United States, and standard-setting customer service. We refuse to engage in the drop-shipping fad that tends to revolve around low-quality products, stolen designs, and poor customer service. Instead, we design our products from scratch, source top-quality materials, and manufacture in the United States side-by-side with industry leaders and innovators, all while providing top-tier customer service.
Inspired by the unconventional and the concept of dichotomy, Aleister & Smith endeavors to create art in the form of jewelry that both inspires and contributes to living an all-out life. We are crafters of the unconventional, taking inspiration from historic art movements, nature, Gothic architecture, and literature. All of our products are 100% genuine Aleister & Smith, with no designs or products coming from other designers, stores, or manufactures.
Our products and designs are exclusive to Aleister & Smith and are not sold in stores. By keeping sales in house we are able to guarantee a higher quality experience for our customers. In addition, all of our product designs run in limited quantity production. Once the design sells out we will no longer carry that design or reuse the design.
The materials we use are pure. We use solid .925 Sterling Silver and 18 and 24 karat gold sourced from the best suppliers in the industry. We believe our products should be authentically premium, that is why all of our products are crafted using solid fine metals, we never plate fine materials on core metals. We stand by our craftsmanship, quality, and vision. This commitment is why every piece we handcraft comes with a lifetime warranty.
All of our jewelry is crafted using the ancient art of lost wax casting and hand finished by artisans before being meticulously inspected by experts for imperfections. There are no lengths we will not go to in order to provide our customers with excellent products. We pursue the highest quality of craftsmanship and proven techniques available. Casting and manufacturing is the process of bringing our art to life.
At Aleister & Smith, we believe our customers are not just buying a product, but rather are buying into a vision and ultimately a family. Because of this, we pledge to set a new standard for customer service and to deliver on that new standard. Too often customers purchase products and are forced to deal with poor customer service. We believe in being open and transparent with our customers. We owe our success to our customers. We strive to create customer service that is quick, provides comprehensive answers and solutions, and is actively engaged.
Aleister & Smith's unparalleled commitment to customer service, quality, craftsmanship, and design is rooted in upheaval and rebellion. We pour our obsession with authenticity into every product we handcraft. We are breakers of the industrial mold, crafters of the unconventional, and committed to being made in America.
