We'd like the crest to follow traditional design: a shield with imagery capped by an object of some kind (something marketing related or representing mastery or total knowledge--a light bulb would work, for instance), and some ornamental element wrapping around it. It doesn't have to be a stodgy, overly-ornate type of crest, but the general design pattern should be followed.
The name of the course, Total Marketing Mastery, will need to be worked into the overall design of the crest too--a banner-like element under or over the crest could carry the name. This banner will need to be featured prominently however as the name of the course needs to be immediately noticeable.
The crest's imagery should communicate various elements of marketing:
- A light bulb (like an idea)
- A product (perhaps a shiny box?)
- Advertisements going out (TV, print, radio, Internet
- Customers buying or money coming in
- Happy customers talking to others about the product.
This crest is going to be the primary element in the packaging of the course materials, so make it stand out! Use color for sure!
