Our client, Schulte Roofing, needs a new "emoticon" drawn in illustrator. Their tag line is "Home of the Bullet Proof Roof". They really aren't bullet proof by the way -- it's the guarantee that's Bullet Proof. We are in the middle of re-branding their entire image and were told to keep the emoticon. We suggested that it either get's a makeover or a whole new concept.

35-65 yr old male and women in the Bryan/College Station TX area (north of Houston) of Middle to Upper Middle Class. His audience is not builders, but more people who need a new roof.
We need a new fresh idea for the emoticon (see attachments of what we have). They like the idea of a cowboy-type cartoon character. The guns (if kept) need to closer match the emoticon itself. I almost think that a bullet needs to be brought in even as the character itself - kind of like the Michelin Man is made of tires. His current name is "Bulletproof Bob"
