Top designer needed for betting agency

We are going to open a site for promoting betting website, we could say its like a new style of web betting directory with a girly topic.
This will be your interesting design to make a proffesional website but with a girly theme so its express the owner of this website is female.

We need 3 design page + 1 design for blank page that we could fill content like about us or our mission.
- Over all design should be looks girly, cute, funny BUT proffesional and not childish.
The colour should be more to pink combine with blue and the colour should be shiny and bright but not make our eyes hurt.
- Site should contain many high quality graphics for each button, link or any other else.
- You can include but not necessarily one or more funny female character but do not make it like children website but make it looks proffesional.
- Link navigation can be on header or sidebar, you may decide it where the best place.

1. design for homepage
** our site will only have max 10 promoters website. So the design just contain the thumbnail of the promoters web which linked to page number 3 and with a brief short description.
2. registration form design page
** this form is for a visitors who want to play on our promoters site, so all visitors registration from our website first.
3. a page that contain thumbnail of the homepage promoter soccer club with some of their sub pages also come along with description about the website.
4. blank page design that we can put our own contain
** make it not too simple as we are afraid there will be a page that have only little content, perhaps can put more graphics like soccer ball or perhaps casino things like a card or a stadium or anything else that related to soccer but dont dont forget to make it girly :)
