Absolute Commerce provides a direct integration from a corporation’s procurement systems to their supplier hosted product catalogs. We remove the need for internal or third party catalog management resources, and ensure the most efficient process possible to access the largest number of accurate and complete catalogs from within a company’s purchasing system.
We use the term “direct” because we ensure that there is no “middle man” between the company and the supplier. We sell a software product, not a service or network. The majority of our competitors sell an online network model.
We use the term “efficient” because our unique technology provides this integration much faster than our competitors can, with no technical involvement on the part of the supplying or buying organizations. Our product is simple and removes the need for heavy IT involvement within the buyer and supplier organizations.
We use the term “accurate” because our customers can set the frequency with which catalog data is reviewed an updated, including an option for real time access to some or all of the catalog data elements. Catalog items in the procurement system will never be out of synch with what a supplier is offering to sell.

Our target customers are the Chief Procurement Officers, Chief Information Officers, and Chief Financial Officers (and their respective staff members) in the largest corporations in the world. Think of companies like GE, HP, Citi, Dell, AT&T, etc. We believe that these are folks who expect to see a quality logo on a business card, letterhead, and website, but are not going to spend more than one or two seconds looking at it. Anything overly complex will likely confuse the audience rather than get their attention.
We are looking for a company logo that can be used across our business cards, website, letterhead, and various other prices of collateral. We are still very much a startup company – we’re developing the software and speaking with potential customers, but at the moment we do not have a website, business cards, or any form of written communication. Therefore, we have very few existing guidelines for you to work within (not sure if that’s good or bad).
We envision something that will be equally effective at multiple sizes - on a business card and on the side of a trade show booth, for example. The logo will also need to be effective in a black/white mode as well as in multiple colors – given the audience we envision a small number of primary colors (no pastels, etc).
