Design my logo - An eyecatching logo for a new housingwebsite!

I am a positive minded 28 year old looking for more excitement in life. This will be my first entrepreneurial endeavour and I get a lot of energy from this project.
This website will be for the UK market. The user will be able to upload its property video in order to sell the property. The ones looking for a property to buy or rent will be able to view these property videos. Using a property video to present a property will be the new feature of this website.
In the future the website will be used for all services related to owning a property. The following services come into mind;

- energy services
- mortgage services
- moving services.

Basically I would like to target EVERYONE who is trying to sell, buy, put up for rent or rent a property.

I would like to have a logo which vibrates positiveness and freshness and also gives the viewer an idea of what the website is about. The following words come to mind when I think about the website (the product);

- fresh
- new
- positive
- very usable
- professional

The logo will probably be used on the website and on my business card, so it shouldn't be too big. It should be placeable in a corner of a web page.
