I am an ex professional soccerplayer and now a teacher. I give motivational speeches to teachers in the Netherlands about the question why we need to change our way of teaching. I compare how we teach to the way I was trained as a soccerplayer. I didn't make it as a soccerplayer that's why the name of 'my club' is FC Mislukt (translation = FC Failed).
