This agency is different from any other, we don't want to be a huge Inc 500, revenue monster, we don't believe in cookie cutter approaches. In stead, we want to transform businesses from the inside out by focussing on client services, personal hands on, white glove customer experience management.
We also want to focus our efforts on our clients customers, by deeply internalizing what makes them buy, and delivering brand strategies that target relevant audiences for their brands. While delivering the marketing in a way that ultimately accelerates financial performance for our cleints.
Well, that's not entirely true, I must confess, starting something up is inspiring, the idea of creating, is magical.
I want to transform business owners and their brands, each and every single day of my life, until there's nothing left in me.
We help market for service providers, lawyers, HVAC heating and air, plumbers, home renovations, dentists, and other professional services.
Single decision marker.
We want to be approachable yet exclusive. We choose our clients, not the other way around. We want to deliver blockbuster value in their eyes, we don't want demanding clients, we want business owners who are self expressive, sell high transaction items ($5000 or more), our target clients are not marketers, but are interested in exploring the content development process through trial and error with our guidance.
Our target audience, is sole owner, sole decision marker, up and comer in his respective industry, wants to grow market share, wants to differentiate their services from others, wants to increase how much they can charge for services.
This target audience ideally has 5-10 years into the industry, still a baby, not retiring for another 20 or 30 years. Deliver great value, consequently not the cheapest option. Delivers quality work on time, willing to put their reputation on the line for every project.
Our target audience services the North America market, primarily Canada and Toronto specifically.
