Four Paws Veterinary Center
Young husband and wife team who are the vets that go above and beyond for our patients and clients. We're opening a small companion animal clinic in the San Francisco Bay Area which will offer progressive and well informed medical and surgical care for companion animals.
Our primary target audience will be a tech-savy, well-educated, young to middle age, urban/suburban family who own multiple and various types of pets. But we also will be catering to an older age group whose pets are their new family as their children mature and move out. We know that visiting a vet can be unsettling for both people and pets. So we hope to offer both a warm and comfortable enviroment for all.
We'd like our logo to convey a modern, professional look, but we do not want to seem unfriendly. We're not opposed to mildly abstract designs so long as they are not too far from the core ideas mentioned above or below.
Our interior design will be warm and inviting similar to a speciality coffee shop.
We'd like to avoid the standard cat and dog approach to veterinary logos.
We'd love to entertain integrating four animal prints (Four Paws) into the design. We're also open to using a red-cross like emblem or veterinary caduceus approach. But we'd do not want to overwhelm the logo with images.
We'd like to have "Four Paws" be much larger than "Veterinary Center" if possible. We also thought "Four Paws" could be a soft solid font while the "Veterinary Center" could a softer, mild scripted font.
We plan to use logo for signage, stationary, prescription labeling and website. (Vector(EPS, AI), JPG, Black and White?).
