Logo - Boat dock builder and boat lifts

Premier Boat Lifts and Docks requires a logo to represent itself. Im open to all types of designs, proffesional, creative, trendy, smart and so on

Desired Color Scheme:
Preferably blues, reds. No flashy, neon colors.

Desired Style:
Creative, proffesional, very open to different styles

Accepted File Formats:
Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai)

Hello Al, Premier is a builder of Commercial and Residential boat docks.  Premier also builds boat lifts lthat ift the boat out of the water on your personal dock to protect exterior detiriation of the hull for small boats. 

 I would like to see some sort of boat in the logo as well but is not required.  I usually prefer simple designs versus designs that are very busy looking but the righ design can sway my decision.
