Must or Bust - MustOrBust.com
Ok - so an ex-ski bum and a Web company cubicle flunkie have teamed up to create a new start up company and a Web site that exemplifies what they're really passionate about - NFL football! Well, any type of football really.
MustOrBust.com will be the place where football enthusiasts can discuss their favorite football players. A typical visitor to the MustOrBust.com site would come to the site to discuss:
* Whether their favorite NFL football player is a MUST OR BUST for the NFL hall of fame.
* Whether their favorite college football prospect is a MUST OR BUST for success in the NFL.
* Whether their favorite NFL team is a MUST OR BUST to make it to the super bowl.
I think you're starting to get the picture.
We'd love to have the logo YOU design, and the identity of the site reflect who we are: Basically a couple of guys who have figured out how to travel the world and experience the best things in life, on a shoestring budget. Skiing, adventure travel and throwing back more than our fair share at parties from Amsterdam to New Zealand.
Hey, someone's got to do it, and we'd love for you to help us out!
Fanatics. There's no better way to put it. People who are not only dedicated to the teams they follow on a weekly basis, but insane enough to track their favorite players from the college ranks to the pros and beyond.
This site is not for the casual observer. Honestly, it's probably for guys who drink a little more than they should on a Sunday afternoon and have alienated the wife and kids this season because their football team of choice isn't doing as well as they had hoped.
The average Web site visitor of MustOrBust.com is moody as a 13 year old school girl if the fantasy football team they've fielded for the week loses by .01 points.
We're looking for a new logo for our Web site: MustOrBust.com. We would love to have the Web site incorporate the irreverent feel of it's owners, but we are serious about this stuff. We want you to go crazy and BE CREATIVE. But remember, we love our football. We're using 99designs because we don't want to look like a couple of chumps.
Here's a couple of things to think about:
1. No Cartoons - we want it to be playful but not cheap or childlike
2. The typeface should be clear, simple and bold. We want something that stands out - being careful not to be too fancy.
Please feel free to experiment with colors!
EXAMPLES OF STUFF WE LIKE:
SIMPLE PLAY ON TEXT:
So, it looks good on a T-shirt
MORE COMPLEX, LIKE A SPORTS TEAM LOGO:
The files we will require are:
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo
