Logo and Flash Animation

I am launching a new video podcast that will showcase software and websites that are currently in beta release. There will be 5 podcasts per week, each podcast will be about 5 minutes.

All About the Betas

I need a logo and 2 flash animations.  As I said, the podcast is about software and websites that are in a beta release.  The logo should try to communicate this.  I also need 2 flash animations.  The first, which will be at the beginning of the podcast should be about 10-15 seconds long.  It should use the logo and communicate a fun approach to looking at beta releases.  The second flash animation will roll at the end and will include credits it too can be 10-15 seconds long and may use some of the desig elements from the first animation but I don't want it to be a duplicate of the first.

- The flash will need to be in high quality.   It will also need to be in standard High Definition Wide Screen aspect ratio.  I am taping the shows in 1080p Hi-Def then compressing them to various output formas.  I want the animation to be in the same quality and aspect ratio as the taping so I can add the animation the to taped footage before compression.

- I am pretty open to all ideas.  The only thing I don't want is designs that look like something already existing.
