The Goldstein Brownfields Group works with businesses, local governments, not for profits, and other groups to acquire, clean-up, and reuse polluted property. We typically redevelop old factories, landfills, gas stations, and the like to create healthier and more vital neighborhoods and new jobs, inhibit urban sprawl, and to preserve green space. We want a strong, clean, dynamic logo that fluidly incorporates these elements into the name of our company, the "Goldstein Brownfield Group."

The winning logo will fluidly and with strong design features tell the story of our mission - to take land that is dead, dying, or sick from pollution, restore its environmental vitality, and reuse it for a variety of purposes - both development related and conservation related. Specific design elements should include a representation of pollution below the ground, a restoration of the land as reflected in either clean water or plants or trees emerging and becoming green, and reuse of the land through the development of either or both of 1. built structures such as homes, buildings, villages, or cityscapes and 2. conservation features such as parks, rivers, brooks, playgrounds, and the like. Logo will be used on website and in all printed materials. For a better understanding of brownfields redevelopment, please check out the following sites:
