We are looking to refresh our current logo, specifically to give it a more corporate, refined & clean look.
We will probably want to keep the "B/IP" symbol but are open to removing it if you are able to design a better symbol. The "B/IP" symbol includes a "B" for "Baxter IP", an "IP" which stands for "intellectual property" and a flame element above the "I" which represents 'new ideas'. The symbol has generally been well received by current clients.
The logo will be used on our Websites, Business Cards, Powerpoint Presentations and Stationary.
The key things we want our logo to convey are:

• Watertight protection of new ideas from being copied
• A firm that is straight forward and easy to work with
The files we require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - .jpg, layered .psd (RGB), .png. (.jpgs in different sizes)
Logos should be delivered in both colour and black & white versions.
Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo.
