New Signet for a sheet metal factory with existing logo!

We need a prof. and eyecatching signet for a established company with >> existing

Westermann Blechnerei GmbH

Current situation:

The current centres of gravity from a german factory are sanitary installations, heatings and sheet metal works (http://www.kurz-heizung-sanitaer.de…zink_1.jpg)
 
But in the next weeks there will be a rearrangement = Two companys:
 
– ONE for sanitary and heatings (Westermann Sanitär & Wärme, with a new owner) and
– ONE for sheet metal works (Westermann Blechnerei GmbH, with the old owner)!!

To do:
For the rearrangement we need a new logo for the "Westermann Blechnerei GmbH" (Sheet Metal Company)
 
– with the existing branded font element "Westermann" (please try it with the old green colour AND with a new one)
– and a new signet (eyecatching and typically for sheet metal).
 
 
You could choose the font and position for "Blechnerei" and "GmbH" by yourself.
