We are friends starting a new business project … Condo Administration based on high quality web application services in Mexico.

Young couples and families … Worried about their new investment (House or Condo) needed for support on establish & organize with neighbors. We think starting on low cost houses, but we expect to equilibrate and integrate medium and high cost condos using internet promotion based on web application to help administrate and offer additional services. Our target: People who has a second house or department and try to be in contact with their property issues using internet. Or worked couples who need help to keep in touch and informed with their actual Condo and neighbors.
But first, we need image accord to our plan … We have one that doesn’t reflect our idea at all, too simple and old fashion one. We try to base our service on a good, modern, fun & fresh web page and a functional web app trying keep in contact with our customers and offering additional services.

No restrictions about colors, but keep in mind it will determine the web page.
The files we will require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
