The View Restaurant at Cocolalla
Bryan Short here again from You Profit Marketing Inc. This job is for a local restaurant that is slated to open in a few months. The majority of the food is "home style" like eggs/pancakes/hash-browns in the morning, sandwiches for lunch, and chicken/meatloaf etc. for dinner.
A few things to keep in mind. This place has been in the same location and is very well known to the local community. The original name was "The View Cafe" but we have to change it a bit so please note the full name and the only name we'll be considering is: The View Restaurant at Cocolalla.
Please see pics: note the building is not yet finished it will have cedar siding.
I will be very active in helping provide context to guide your designs. Thanks again to all those who submitted logos for my previous contest! You Rock!

Hungry automobile drivers moving North and South bound on Highway 95 in Cocolalla ID.
This restaurant is pretty much alone on this stretch of highway from Coeur d'Alene/Hayden to Sandpoint Idaho. Getting a highly visible logo that is legible at 55-65mph is critical to slowing down traffic.
This contest is for a general logo so don't worry too much about huge arrows and text that says "TURN HERE NOW" this logo will be used for menus, business cards, the main sign, etc.
Please keep in mind the style of place and type of people this restaurant appeals to...this isn't fancy smancy but it isn't completely redneck either.
You are free to design anyway you like so long as it is clear, legible, and easy to identify that the logo represents this restaurant.
I'll be providing feedback and other files and necessary.
Thanks again for your time and good luck!
P.S. Since the title is a little long [The View Restaurant at Cocolalla] I think the "at Cocolalla" part could be on a separate line or different font/size. I'll let you think about that. In general I've seen issues when people have super long titles for logos.
