I am founder and CEO of a learning and development company. We've been making managers into leaders for 22 years.

We have taken our single most popular concept/tool for bringing out the best in people, teams and organizations and made a DVD product out of it.

We need an appealing graphical look and feel that works with our current corporate(although outdated and also needs work) look.

English speaking executives, managers and professionals who have a responsibility to bring out the best in people around them(leadership) align them toward common objectives.

Develop the graphics for:
- a single DVD called Enlightened Leadership Solutions(company name) Framework for Leadership™ , using our logo and having an appealing and professional look.

- graphics for a DVD case (single piece that inserts into plastic DVD case, creating back, spine and front.

- a header graphic for the website sales page.
