I need a cool and unique web design and banners for my new paid survey website.

Survey Blastoff

I love the design of this website, http://www.surveyclub.com

I would like something similar, without looking like you blatantly copied the site.

We want to look very high-class. We love rich stockphotography. We like having a human face - particularly young adults who are attractive, maybe in their 20's.

The second page that i need has the exact same header and footer but, it is just white ready for text or graphics that I will insert.
