Accomodation Voucher Booklet

I need to get a design made for pages in Voucher Booklet for an apartment complex I own. I want to be able to give these to clients to use to encourage them to make bookings at our apartments.

I need the background artwork of a voucher booklet designed that I can print as a tearout booklet, like a novelty cheque book. We have over 100 business clients that will potentially choose our apartments to house their staff. I want to be able to send this booklet out with a 1 page flyer and have different special offers to encournage them to use our apartments.
