Virka Golf Club is a 9-holes golf course (par 35) designed by a famous Irish golf architect Edwin Roald. The course is a great place to start playing golf, but is also attractive for amateurs and pro-players. A huge territory of 78 hectares is zoned for long-term rent townhouses and apartments as well as houses for permanent residence. The golf academy is already open; the extended infrastructure, that will include shops, fitness, spa, school and other services, will operate in future.
The club surrounded by a pine forest is located within Kaluga city, Russia. It borders on the natural habitats of grey heron.
The region comprises modern business parks, developed infrastructure, a ski resort and the historical and religious route towards orthodox holy places.
