Florida FBLA-PBL is an organization dedicated to help business students to prepare for their future careers.

BRIEF
Florida FBLA-PBL was looking for a theme / identity for a new event called "Level Up" so they decided to survey their members to find out what they think "Level Up" represents.

Their responses were the main inspiration for this design.

Some of the survey results:

- An arcade machine
- Stairs, an arrow going up
- Video game characters going to the next level
- Retro-looking / sort of neon colors
- Some kind of reference to Florida

DESIGN PROCESS
I started with the arcade machine, making it the centerpiece of the design.

On the arcade screen I included a nod to the classic video game Mario Bros. To move to the next level, Mario must always climb some climbers and jump to the flag.

I completed the design by adding Florida elements and giving it that retro look with the neon colors.

The client loved the design!
