The main challenge we addressed was how to organize information for multiple products that had even more variants for each product. There are so products/options/collections on the site that the user-experience felt unclear at a high level.
We addressed this by developing a product education page template to teach clients what products they have, and the different main elements each product has.
This design template can organize the way they guide clients through the customer journey with more ease and efficiency, improving on their user-experience overall.
