CHRISTOPHER LOWDER needs a new stationery

I want the front of the card to be a play off of the Cocktail Kingdom design for jigger packaging (see attached jpeg for the image). The design should be horizontal with the jigger image towards the center-left of the card. My name Christopher Lowder will be on the left-hand side of the jigger, in the same style provided in the image. My contact information will be on the right-hand side of the jigger.

The back-side of the card will be vertical, not horizontal. The top line will be "Christopher Lowder". The second line will be "@GetLowderNow" which is my Twitter handle. The third line will be a blank "__________" on which I can write the name of a bar where I'm working. Then will be a series of 7 lines, each with an empty check box and a day of the week, starting with Monday. I will tick these boxes to show which days of the week I'm working at that bar. At the very bottom will be "#Cheers!" Everything on the back of the card should be in the center of the card, listed vertically.

All font should be black and very minimal, using the same style as the attached jpeg.
