You can use the content of the builder's page. We have some different bios for Ro & Bryan which I have attached. We're having trouble with the current design because it looks too much like a home builder and not enough like a developer. Also, we'd like to use a mix of our photos and stock photos. The designer can choose which photos if any from our website they want to use.

Our target audience is diverse. As developers, we want to look professional and experienced to lenders and investors while also appealing our services to architects and homeowners as general contractors. We ran a 99 contest for our logo and we're very happy with it.
