Impirus
Impirus was founded to help small law firms and solo practitioners gain clients through the internet. We specialize in a legal website CMS system that functions in a similar way to WordPress. Our philosophy is to offer an easy, affordable solution for creating a web presence.
Our target market is lawyers who are starting a practice. Also, our market includes seasoned small law firms who still do not have a web presence. For this contest we want the template focused on Family law. Family lawyers deal with issues such as divorce, child custody, child support, adoption.
We are looking for multiple templates. If we get more than 1 good design we will offer $250 for each good design that does not win.
We need a legal website template. We need a home page and content page designed for the template. The content page is basically the same as the home page but does not have a feature area (see specification document in file downloads).
The template will consist of designing psd files that use the Blueprint CSS photoshop template (see file downloads or go to http://www.blueprintcss.org ) as the starting point. The main content of the files should be 950px wide (see template). Background should account for larger widths. All columns and areas in the design should line up with the Blueprint grid template.
This template should have a family law theme. Family lawyers deal with issues such as divorce, child custody, child support, adoption. Images could include smiling children, child with one parent, etc. but designs are not limited to these image types.
Any images that require licensing should be indicated so we can acquire the proper license.

We need 2 pages.
1) A Home page
2) A Content page
The content page is only different from the Home page in that it lacks a feature area and may have a archive menu in a sidebar (or similar area)
See ImpirusTemplateSpec.pdf for details on the Home page and Content page in attached files.
