Locately
Locately is a Hacker Angels-funded startup that processes location data from mobile phones to understand where people spend their time and how they get around. It’s used by retailers, restaurants, and advertisers to better understand consumers and answer questions like: What other stores do people who shop at Target shop at ? Do people tend to stop at CVS from home, from work, or from another store ?
Our software is hosted (SAAS). The analytics output maps, graphs, and data which our customers use to answer these kinds of questions.
Our customers are Chief Marketing Officers at large retailers (Target, Home Depot), restaurants (Wendy’s, Subway), and consumer products manufacturers (Coke, P&G).
They tend to be web savy, but not necessarily up on the latest and greatest new sites or technologies.
We want a clean, usable, corporate site. It should make it easy and inviting to learn about what Locately does and how it might help them. And it should present us as a company that has great technology and knows what it’s doing. The deliverable should be png as well as the source file (PSD for photoshop or XCF for gimp).

Home page:
As the first thing most people will see, it should be easy to scan and lead them to other sections of the site, our blog, or a form to request a demo.
Partners Page:
As an example “content” page for the rest of the site please do a version of the parnters page from our current site: http://www.locately.com/Partners.html
If possible, I would be interested in paying to have it turned into clean HTML and CSS afterwards. We can talk about it after the contest. There also may be follow on work to update our blog (blog.locately.com).

http://apigee.com/ - Like the layout and the way it guides users to learn more and clear calls to action.
