Startup needs Logo and a fresh Web Design

We are about to start a new service for web collaboration. We need you to create a logo and web design including the css.

The website will be used by professional users, like office workers, project managers, managers, who need to collaborate via the web.
Worldwide so multi-language --> use english for the design.
Age: 25 - 45
So we need a simple, professional ( a bit stylish) looking design. Should be fun to use although it needs a clear design. those people are always in a hurry and need to get the message by looking on the design in a few seconds.

General guidelines:
- Use standard fonts (arial),
- white background
- Try to keep enough spacing between elements
- a bit stylish icons/buttons/widgets
- clear color scheme (3-5 colors) in accordance with logo
- logo design should reflect a straight forward / clean style .
- standard-conform css-files, should be usable in ie >=6, ff >= 3, safari >= 3
- standard layout: see attached file (- we need a navigation menu on top, and a navigation menu on the left (showing at most 2-level navigation links))

Theme: Welcoming, simple, clean, a bit stylish. Aspects: collaboration, office environment, projects, meetings, documents, stuff like that

What we want:
- A logo to be abstract. It should be simplistic, no flashes or shiny

- Page 1: Landing Page should include
Logo, tagline, block for branding photo, we will offer 3 main services, so the layout should reflect this (3 same sized blocks) can be deliverey as jpg when css is also delivered

- General Layout to be used on all pages.see attached file

- A color scheme(3-5 colors)

- A CSS Stylesheet (layout, button, popups, lists, navigation)
- A popup design for instance for requesting confirmation from the user (yes/no answers)
- A design for a list (containing of header and line items), about 5 columns (example columns: name, date, longer description text (100 characters), short text, short text)
- A page design for a details page (showing the item selected from the list with about 10 fields)

- xing.com (for simplicity)
