Though we are currently doing a lot of Chinese restaurants, we want to expand to more ethnicities. We are also only focused on Texas now, but want to expand through the south. We do a lot of fresh produce (broccoli, bok choy etc,) and want to add seafood (fish, crawfish, shrimp).")

I've built a mobile bar on a trailer that gives the atmosphere of your favorite bar brought right your front door step. Meant to target legal drinking age customers, and those hosts who are willing to spend a little more to enhance their get togethers (early 30s and above). Our mobile bar venues are meant to enhance any birthday party, anniversary, graduation party, corporate event, wedding, etc.
Currently we've built our first venue, what we're calling \"The Paddy Wagon\" which is a traditional Irish pub, but have plans to build other venues that range from tiki bar, to speakeasy, to sports bar.")
