How to Save Your Own Life deals with the gradual stages by which a marriage comes apart — the problems of betrayal, jealousy, trust. Isadora's odyssey this time takes her not to Europe, but to the never-never land called California where she meets a variety of sharks, knaves, fools, gurus, friends — and one real lover. One by one the myths are explored and exploded. Isadora comes to realize that it is finally possible, and necessary, to save your own life.")

This memoir details the wildly winding path of a creative and spiritual seeker as she unravels into mental illness and then painfully, beautifully, weaves her disparate parts back together. We follow her fascinating evolution from a young and closeted Elite gymnast with an eating disorder, to circus performer, modern dancer, showgirl, Broadway dresser, psych ward patient and eventually, licensed psychotherapist. Through Ali’s poignant and often hilarious storytelling, we witness the emotional, mental and spiritual transformation that is possible when someone is able to be forged in the crucible and emerge with greater access to their inner gold.")

I share my experience in finding what is really meaningful to me and what is not.
I have traveled and searched the world only to find that I never had to go anywhere but within.
This book is for anyone seeking depth.
This collection could be perceived as a coming of age read.
Or for someone who feels like they need a fresh perspective on life. The world we live in has changed a lot and continues to shift within every moment, within and without.
It's important for us to express ourselves unapologetically
I aspire to inspire people to express from the heart")

This book seeks to show the fallacies of many positions held today and those that are still being promoted from time immemorial. The book is divided into sections according to theory, so finding answers to your questions has been made easy. As well, I seek to establish the foundation to my own philo-political philosophy: Hermeneutic Pragmatism. A philosophy based on understanding how we impact both ourselves and others and what we should do because of it.")
