We need a new site layout , totally professional and clean:

(we need to maintain the 3 lines with the 9 logo in the same positions, but maybe you can change the exposition. Maintain the flash on the left in 110x110, and maintain the little logos(38x38) on the right...that are 5 logos on top...and 13 below....)
